A Drink Anyone?

We are in Utah! So far we have been able to see all the family and only miss the first day of the family reunion! The day after we got here, our very active son, Lance Albern, took a jump on his Mtn. bike and piled up on the ground and ended up with a broken collarbone! He is not too happy ( note the "very active" above). He let's us know consistently, that he is so mad at himself for doing it because now he is so bored:( He is on a BBall trip with Grandpa so he is still going strong, maybe just not quite his 100 miles an hour!

Lance, my husband, has been making up for lost time in the fishing department. He has worn us all out, making sure he hits this mountain lake and this fishing spot, etc! He has to go back on the 6Th of this month, so he has to get in it as quickly as possible.

It is bitter sweet being back. The bitter part is knowing that we have to go back to Ohio.

I can barely contain my emotions. I am mixed up inside! I love it here, but I know it's only for the summer, so I also have to prepare to handle going back!

I am half empty and half full at the same time!

And what makes it harder, is back at the kids school they have upped the price of EACH sport to $350.00! If not enough kids have their money in by July 15th they cancel the run of that sport!!!!

I think it's crazy! I know we are suppose to be there. So this is where I trust in the Lord and do what we need to do to get through WELL.

I will keep my cup half full or even all the way full, because I know that will bring me more peace, comfort and joy through all these mixed emotions, but here's the question-

"What do I fill my cup with?"

I'm sorry this trip is so bittersweet for you. At least you know that Ohio isn't permanent, and that one day your family can move closer to home. I wish I could see you while you're here, but my week is hectic from here on out. I love and miss you, and tell Hunter Melanie says hi.
