Look Ma, I'm naked under here!

Sorry for all my funny kid stories, but I can't help it! This one is from Trapper, again. It happened yesterday. It may just beat out all the other things that he has said and done! He didn't want to go to school. He took a couple days off over the last couple weeks and learned a few techniques of how to get out of school. This one was a doozie. We are standing at the end of the driveway, waiting for the bus and he blurts out "we forgot to get me a belt." I asked "those pants need a belt?" Because the pants I set out for him weren't ones that required a belt. He said "I'm not wearing pants!" So low and behold I checked and there wasn't anything under his snow pants! He was making an attempt to skip school by only wearing his snow pants! Then he was going to break it to me at the point of no return, so that he had the best chance of not going to school! Pretty slick, eh? He still had to go to school and I called his teacher to let her know NOT to have him take his snow pants off!

That is classic, genius. Good thing you are well trained in boys- and their tricks.

Wow! I glad my kids aren't at that stage of deviousness yet! Although I had a pretty good laugh!

Only Trapper. You have the most entertaining kids I know! Nothing like going commando in snow pants on a brisk winter morning.
