What a Cute Tot! (the boy, that is)

Two minutes ago here I am doing dishes with my little helper, Rider, right beside me standing on a chair, scrubbing with the scrub brush. He says "It's OK baby, you're OK baby." I look over, and there he is gently washing a potato with a dish scrubber, coddling it saying sweet words to it. Now he is walking around the house with his Tater saying "it's OK baby, it's OK." He said he just brushed HER hair, but he actually just stuck a toothpick in it. Anyone want Rider to brush their hair? Who says men don't have motherly instincts?

That is so sweet!! I always knew Rider was a tender heart!

Your family picture on your website is great. You look like you have lost more weight... true? Anyway, you look great and are motivating me to get serious about taking off the baby pounds!

What a cutie. Every kid wants a potato for a baby. And I think I'll pass on the hair brushing from Rider. :)

Um, I don't know if sticking a toothpick into it's head classifies as "motherly instinct". I know I've never shoved a toothpick into my kids head...have you? Maybe I'm just a bad mom and I don't even know it. :) But, for a boy, that's pretty darn motherly. Okay, okay, I'll let this one slide as motherly instinct. But just this once!
